Return Policy

We offer free returns & exchanges for all orders! Our return policy lasts 60 days, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the proof of purchase in form of your order number or name / email associated with your order. 

 

To start a return,

please can contact us at help@chefpreserve.com with a video or picture. Once your return request is processed, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to return your package.

Return Shipping
Once our team reviews your return request, we will provide you with a return label. This way, you don't have to spend money and time buying overpriced shipping labels at retail rates. We will take care of it for you! Simply pack the product back in the original packaging, stick the provided label on the box, and drop it off at your local USPS.

 

IMPORTANT: Please do not send your purchase back to our warehouse before contacting us. If you return your package back to our warehouse without contacting us first, you will be subject to a standard fee of $20.00 USD. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 30 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@chefpreserve.com

Order Cancellation
Need to cancel? Please reach out to our team promptly, within one hour of placing your order. Due to the high demand, orders can be canceled within this one-hour window. We work quickly to process orders, so once an hour has passed, we've already begun the preparation and processing of your order. After this point, the only option is to return the product after you receive it. If your order is in transit, we regret that we are unable to cancel it, as it has already departed from our warehouse and is on its way to you.

 

Incorrect Address
Chef Preserve is not liable for false/incorrect shipping information submitted by a customer. In case you made a mistake when placing your order, please contact us with the correct information within one hour so our customer service team can help rectify the issue.

Unfortunately, once the order is fulfilled, we are unable to edit the shipping address. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. 

 

Late/Delayed shipping
Please note that Chef Preserve does not have control over shipping delays. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. Unfortunately, we can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse.

 

In case your order gets lost / delayed at any step of the shipping process, we can't issue a refund since Chef Preserve incurs the shipping cost at the time of the shipment. In this instance we can only reship your order at our cost.

 

Refused Delivery
If the package delivery is refused and the package is sent back to our warehouse, customers are subject to a standard refusal fee of $20.00 USD. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure to contact us for return information to avoid a refusal fee.

 

Customs, taxes and duties:

Customs taxes, duties or import charges are the responsibility of the customer to be paid. We do not cover any additional charges or costs for the final delivery of the package to your destination or country. Please note these charges differ based on country laws and policies and we cannot estimate the amounts. If a package is returned due to refusal of customs fees and taxes paid, a refund will not be applicable.
